Udenco B.V. is a Dutch manufacturer of products built around power electronics, headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. For more than 20 years, we have built these products for partners across industries, working from their designs. More than ten years ago, we applied the same experience in development, production and sourcing to EV charging and built our own AC and DC portfolio. Today it is active in 12 European countries, across 8 segments: trucks, fleet, bus, agriculture, ports, construction, industrial and public infrastructure.
Always in the background
Udenco does not operate in the market directly. We do not sell to end customers and we do not install our systems on site. That is deliberately left to our partners, who keep full control over their brand, their customer relationships, their installation and service network, and their business model. Our technology platform adapts to how our partners choose to work, not the other way around. We are the right technology partner for companies that want full ownership of their product.

Beyond charging, we manufacture products built around power electronics to our partners' designs, across industries.

Our Story
Udenco founder Rob van den Acker had already set up several companies when he noticed that you always have either too few or too many people and machines, and often carry a high financial risk, because the market constantly rises and falls. On top of that, the cost price of a product is largely determined by materials. This insight led him to start working as a contract manufacturer in 2004, using his own sourcing and materials. Udenco was born.
Today, Sven Wagner leads the company as CEO, and Rob continues to shape its engineering and product direction as CTO.

We believe purchasing and production can be made more efficient and more affordable for every customer without compromising on quality, and we focus on products that last.
Our Network
Udenco works with a network of qualified partners and carefully selected subcontractors across Europe and Asia. That network lets us scale production with demand, instead of growing and shrinking our own organisation. Managing production chains across it, and developing existing technology further, is our core business.
