About us
Udenco B.V. is a Dutch power electronics manufacturer headquartered in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. For more than 20 years, we've built products around power electronics for partners across industries, as a build-to-print manufacturing partner. More than a decade ago, we applied that same depth to EV charging, developing our own DC and AC portfolio — active in 12 European countries, across 8 segments: trucks, fleet, bus, agriculture, ports, construction, industrial, and public infrastructure.
We are always in the background. Udenco doesn't operate in the market directly: we don't sell to end customers, and we don't install our systems on site. That's deliberately left to our partners, giving them full control over their brand, their customer relationships, and their business model.

Our Story
Udenco founder and owner Rob van den Acker had already set up several companies when he noticed that you always have either too few or too many people and machines, and often have to run a high financial risk — the market is constantly rising and falling. On top of that, the cost price of a product is largely determined by materials. This insight led him to start working as a contract manufacturer in 2004, using his own sourcing and materials: Udenco was born.
Today, Sven Wagner leads Udenco as CEO, with Rob continuing to drive the company's engineering and product direction.

Our Network
Udenco has built a solid network over many years, working with partners and carefully selected subcontractors across Asia and Central Europe. Managing virtual production chains across that network, alongside re-engineering existing technology, is our core business.

Our team
The organisation is lean and deliberately doesn't run its own fleet of machines — that specialisation would work against the flexibility we're built for. Our own assembly plants bring mechatronics engineers together to re-engineer and assemble your products. The Udenco management team combines experts across a range of fields who support our customers with passion, commitment, and competence.
