Scalable high-power charging in one unit

A fully liquid-cooled high-power charger with up to 480 kW. It is a hybrid system: a standalone charger with two integrated CCS outputs that can be expanded with up to four external dispensers, giving up to six charge points from one power system. All power electronics sit in the main unit, in up to six liquid-cooled power modules of 80 kW each. The number of installed modules sets the power class. The dispensers are pure output points with a cable and a screen but no power electronics of their own, and an integrated switching matrix connects each module to whichever charge point needs power. Both the power modules and the charging cables are liquid-cooled, because at this power level both are under continuous thermal load.

Features
- Fully liquid-cooled at 480 kW: Guaranteed continuous output without derating, even under sustained full load, up to 45 °C ambient. In the market we analysed, it is the only fully liquid-cooled charger in this power class.
- One investment that grows with the site: Starts with two charge points and expands to six with dispensers, with no second power system and no new grid connection.
- Power class set by modules: 240 to 480 kW from one product, matched to the grid connection and budget.
- Switching matrix: Power flows dynamically to the vehicles that need it. With enough modules installed, each active charge point receives at least 80 kW.
- Short maintenance windows: Four-side service access and drawer-style power modules mean no dismantling, less downtime and higher availability.
