DC80 Mobile
Liquid-cooled power, on wheels

Test units from October 2026, market launch planned this year.
AFIR compliant · Eichrecht certified
A mobile 80 kW DC charger with one integrated CCS connector. It uses the same liquid-cooled power module as the DC80 LQ, in a rugged, movable housing, and goes wherever charging is needed, without installation. Liquid cooling covers the power module, the part that generates the heat and causes derating; the charging cable itself is not liquid-cooled. That gives stable 80 kW output while keeping the unit lighter and easier to move. The housing is reinforced for rough environments and has its own control panel with physical buttons.
Features
- Proven power module, new form factor: The same power module as the stationary DC80 LQ.
- Stable output in a mobile charger: Full, stable output without derating up to 45 °C ambient, wherever the unit is deployed.
- Built for rough environments: Reinforced housing and physical control buttons, suited to construction sites, agriculture, ports and mining.
- No civil works, no fixed location: Ready to charge on arrival; moves with the operation.
- Twice the power of the DC40 Mobile: Aimed at heavier vehicles and machines with larger batteries.
Typical use
Construction sites and electrified machinery, agriculture, ports and yard logistics, mining, roadside assistance and service fleets, temporary high-demand sites.
